Maya Bhose Founder and CEO
Maya Bhose started her career in advertising before moving Client side to work in Brand and Marketing strategy. Maya has held senior roles in TV Broadcast and Tech companies. She has personal experience of how hard it can be to switch to a non-profit role without previous charity experience, as well as how you become invisible to hiring managers as you age.
Lynne Norman Director
Lynne Norman has recently retired from Management Consulting but retains an Executive Coaching practice. This gives her insight and understanding into the issues facing older professionals making career transitions.
Magnus Willis Director
Magnus Willis co-founded and sold Sparkler, an 80-person digital insight and strategy consultancy. Since leaving Sparkler he has taken on a number of directorships, advisory roles and charity posts, including becoming a Trustee at Hospitality & Hope in his native North-East. His skills lie in shaping brand and digital strategy, communications and research.
Tiku van Houtem Advisor
Tiku van Houtem is the Associate Director at Charity People, an employee-owned business. Tiku serves as a Trustee of Mind in Enfield and Barnet and a Trustee of the Charity People Trust. Tiku draws on her experience working with CEOs and Trustees to influence transformative change and champion equitable recruitment processes.
Eleanor McBrien Advisor
Eleanor McBrien’s career spanned over 20 years in media and entertainment, including founding her own consultancy business in 2012, before joining coaching partnership The Alliance in 2016 as an executive coach. She has served as a Chair to her local arts charity and is a Surrey Care Trust mentor to young adults.
Dawn McNish Advisor
Dawn McNish started her career in commercial PR, then spent 10+ years working in the charity sector, including as a Director at Charity Finance Group. Dawn has studied the Legal Practice Course and volunteered at Toynbee Hall. Dawn is now at Crowe where she supports the Social Purpose and Non-Profit team and remains committed to the charity sector, acting as a mentor and trustee.
Woosh Raza Advisor
Woosh Raza (FCIPD) is a trustee for the Charity HR Network, the chair of Radical Recruits, sits on the BAME leadership alumni for Stonewall and runs his own ED&I consultancy focused on supporting third sector clients.
