We’re in search of individuals motivated to channel their expertise into the charity sector. Particularly those with transferable marketing skills gained in a professional environment, (client or agency side), who are eager to contribute to marketing, business development or fundraising initiatives. If you possess strong communication abilities, a knack for creativity, and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Here’s what we offer: a six-month placement with a UK charity, ensuring you’re compensated at least the living wage (pro rata if part-time). We provide coaching on the charity landscape and culture for our associates, along with leadership coaching for line managers. Engage in monthly peer-to-peer learning sessions and benefit from ongoing mentoring throughout your placement.

We run one cohort a year starting every July and running to the end of December. You can send in your application any time. It helps us when we work with charities to scope placements if we know the skills and experience of those looking for a stepping stone in to the sector.
